Stay for convention at the Enercare Center.

We were immediately upgraded upon checking in. Corner suite was large, comfortable and offered excellent views of the city and rhe water front. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location with spectacular room views. The service was excellent. Modern spacious rooms with comfy beds and lots of storage. The only criticism I have is that the rooms were carpeted which I found very surprising and unpleasant. Not a fan of all that can lurk in a hotel room’s carpet.

This was our second or third stay at Hotel X. As always had an excellent time with my wife at the hotel. We decided to take advantage of the amenities at the hotel and the gym was superb, we had a great time at Rose Social and got to try their winterlicious menu. Our main reason for our stay was to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and she loved getting to relax in our hotel room and have the delicious food on their room service menu. She also loved the gift (stuffed monkey + balloons) and macaroons (delicious!) I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience a more luxurious hotel experience.

We love it here!! This time however the heating system wasn’t fully functional. There were times where it was super hot in the room and then went to ice cold even after trying to adjust the thermostat
