Great location! ! ! 5 mins to Hwy 404, TTC. 5 mins to Go train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto. 30 mins away from Pearson Airport. 10 min walking to Walmart, food basics
Guests may access entire house except basement. ( Basement is rented separately with its own entry. Basement is a completely separated unit that upper floor guests don’t share anything with basement tenants.

This home was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. We appreciated being able to use the washer, dryer and dishwasher. The home is in a nice neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream close by. The owner was very responsive to messages and gave clear instructions for parking. We would absolutely stay here again while visiting the Greater Toronto Area.

Perfect!

This was a perfect place for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. If there were a 4th couple the 3rd bathroom would have needed to be shared as the 4th bathroom was downstairs and did not have a shower. The kitchen did not have a lot of cooking pans/utensils but we were able to make some excellent breakfasts with what was there!! It was a very comfortable space!

False advertisement

We booked this “luxury spacious house” for our stay for 4 and were very disappointed. The house is spacious considering there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. But the interior and decor is FAR from luxury! The white bedding and towel aren’t white and the towel has a bad smell. The decor is dated and the house is in need of some touch up. Had the house advertised as spacious, then that’s fine because I wouldn’t have high expectations. But when it is advertised as “luxury” then this house didn’t deliver as promised. Certainly not at the price they charged!

Great Place

This was the perfect house for our family visit to Toronto. The rooms were really nice; the kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the house. It was easy to get to and in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping and stores. The property manager was very responsive and made sure ever was easy for our visit.

Very nice!

Liquin was very nice and accommodating. She came right away to property when I asked for extra sheets for futon. The neighborhood is very nice and minutes to park and Wal-mart. Very convenient!
