I would definitely stay at Novotel Toronto Centre again. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect walkable to most attractions, including theatre and dining.

The property was beautiful, centrally located with great restaurants right across the street. Getting to the hotel was easy and parking in the ramp, while very tight, led directly into the hotel.

I appreciated how easy the check-in process was, though I received two keys, and only one was activated, which was inconvenient. I thought about asking them to fix it, but there was a long line. Overall, this Novotel is much nicer than the one in Vaughan in terms of the rooms. I didn’t use the pool, but my roommates mentioned it wasn’t great, saying it was too cold. I did like how everything was within walking distance of the hotel, even in colder weather.
