Hallway mess

The room was clean but bathroom had black hair in sink. I’m white haired. The hallway was so dirty. Large pieces of different food items as well as plastics and metals. Worst I have seen any hotel.

I was not pleased with my stay at this hotel for a number of reasons. When I first landed in Toronto, they informed me that the shuttle would take 30-45 minutes. The time is not the issue, but the fact that it was explicitly said that we should call before we get our bags was frustrating. Once we got to the hotel, we were told that they could not find a reservation after I had received multiple confirmations from both Expedia and Quality Inn. They were very apologetic, and mistakes happen, so that was also fine. Additionally, we were not made aware that we had to request a shuttle 1 day before we were expected to leave -- this should have been stated again either in the email or even when we came to check in for our stay. Lastly, my party and I wanted to have a late checkout time which they said they might be able to accommodate and when we called at 8 am, 9 am, and 10 am, they kept saying to call back at a later time because the manager was not there. We were very thankful they were able to accomate us as our flight was much later in the night, but did not appreciate the rude tone from the staff. We had simple questions and wanted to be proactive, but they were very dismissive and rude.
