Other things to note
No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
- A Minut noise and air quality sensor is installed — any indication of smoking will automatically trigger a fine.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.
Parking Reminder
Overnight street parking is not recommended, as it may result in a ticket or your vehicle being towed.
Accurate Guest Count
For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of CAD 100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.
