This a spacious retreat spanning 1700 square feet offers the following amenities and furnishings!

Best VRBO Rental So Far!

This property was very well located within malls, restaurants, businesses etc. It was situated about 15 miles from downtown Toronto, but the traffic was horrendous on a Saturday Night. We are from Houston and it isn’t this bad…… but back to the property itself. The directions to the property was detailed well, the inside was very clean and nice. There were four levels in the apartment leading to the patio level that overlooked downtown Mississauga. We didn’t mind the inconvenience of driving because we had a rental. The airport is 20 minutes away. I would definitely rent here again!

Don't Stay Here-This Place is Not Safe and Owner Can't Be Trusted

We had to deal with safety issues, lack of cleanliness and supplies, and the bad behavior and attitude of the property owner. The 4th floor balcony is covered with unstable, wood-tiles, & in many areas tiles are covered with other tiles, ply-wood, broken metal slats, etc. you have to step on to access the space. Space is littered with flammable debris and garbage. The grill here could start a fire. My wife tripped, fell and cut her knees the one time she was in this space. On June 2nd there was a fire on the 4th floor balcony of the unit next to ours and firefighters told us to evacuate our unit. Property owner did nothing. Our first night we noticed the 1st floor fire alarm was missing. Property owner said previous renters removed it and they threatened the housekeeper with a knife. That was very unnerving. The unit was not clean as dirt, crumbs, stains and lint were everywhere. Kitchen counter tops were filthy, fridge did not work properly and owner would not fix it. This place has 4 flights of very narrow, spiral-like staircases. Trash has to be taken to the back of the unit to the underground parking garage. There was no tissue, hair conditioner, luggage racks, hangers, hair dryer, or drawers. Beds very uncomfortable, WIFI not reliable. Master balcony was dirty with debris. No balcony in any guest rooms. Owner didn’t know our parking spot numbers. When we contacted him about an issue, he accused us of being rude and disrespectful which was not true. Owner was terrible.

Perfect for our needs

The townhouse met all of our needs. Very clean, plenty of extra towels/blankets etc. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are three levels to the property so people who have difficulty with stairs may have issues reaching the master suite or roof top patio.
