2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.
Shared pool. Large terrace balcony with table and chairs and lounge suite with views of the golf course and lake. A further smaller front balcony complete with bistro table and chairs, south facing.
The accommodation is equipped with: garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), international TV channels, childrens area,
hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house, access to communal swimming pool, on site parking. The apartment has a lift to the first floor.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and orange juicer are provided.
Bedrooms with vanity dressing table area.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few):
-Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
