In the distributor between the bedrooms there is also an air conditioning split. The living room (with a split air conditioning) and the kitchen have access to the terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy meals while watching the garden and pool (there is a metal barbecue). So you can spend pleasant moments in the chillout area of the garden. The car can be parked in the private garage of the house. Tenants are allowed to use the ping-pong table in the garage. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
