The holiday apartment Navgts5p33-1 is located in Torrevieja just a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby cot are also available for an extra fee per item per night.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture and an open terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool.

Attention! Outside the opening hours of the agency indicated above, overtime will be charged. Check-in on the day of arrival between 6pm and 7pm and check-out on the morning of departure between 10 and 11. Free luggage service possible in case of late arrival or departure.
Abusive use of energy: water and electricity consumption are included in the price for a maximum amount per day. Any excess will be charged in addition to the exact bill received.
All these options as well as any shortages or damage that may be found in the accommodation after your departure will be directly deducted from your deposit by the booking site. Important: Failure to return the keys to an employee of the agency on the day of departure and the absence of a check-out will result in the total loss of the deposit.
