Holiday Apartment Luxury Suite

Aqua Nature is located next to the beautiful sandy beach (50m). It is a brand new complex. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor. The building has two elevators, which provides the ability to enter the garage, where there is a parking space belonging to the apartment. This apartment guarantees comfortable holidays with sea view on one sight and lake view on the other sight. By the apartment, there is a long promenade located with many local restaurants, bars, etc.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms fully equipped, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, there is also a sofa which provides an extra place to sleep for another two persons.

The apartment has a modern design with high-quality furniture. It has individually controlled air conditioning. The windows have blinds, interior, and exterior.

There are a large swimming pool and another smaller one for children. There is also a spot by the pool where you can relax. The swimming pool is open from half of May till half of October.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with the freezer, coffee maker, kettle for boiling water, toaster, dishes, and all necessary extras. Meals can be eaten at the kitchen table or on the terrace, where there is a large table with two sofas and armchairs. This terrace (16 m2) has the possibility of opening and closing windows and obtain a glazed veranda.

The living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels. Wi-Fi is available in the whole apartment.

Guests can also use: locked parking space in the basement of the building, bed linen, bath towels, hairdryer, washing machine, and fold laundry dryer.

Upon request we may provide:

1) cot and high chair for small children.

2) transfer from the airport and to the airport for an additional fee to be negotiated.

We recommend this apartment as a place suitable for 2-4 people, a maximum of 6 people.

There is a possibility of renting two apartments for 12 people (2 families) in the same building (one above the other).



CHECK-IN: from 2 PM (14:00)

CHECK-OUT: till 10 AM

Entering the apartment at night (from 8 PM to 8 AM) will be charged an extra for the keyholder.



ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF ELECTRICITY!

The mentioned rental rates include costs of energy unless more than 80 kWh per week is consumed. If the usage of electricity will be over 80 Kwh there will be an extra charge from the security deposit. The keyholder will give you an explanation.



CANCELATION:

The cancelation less than one month before the starting date, you lose half of the money. The cancelation more than one month before the starting date, you lose half of the security deposit.

As a guest of Holiday Apartment Luxury Suite, you'll find a terrace, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
