From the upper floors you have a direct view of the sea. Ideal for families with children. The beach and all restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The pool area is only used by 16 apartments and is therefore never overcrowded. Children can play and splash around here as it is an enclosed area. Good bus connections to Torrevieja and Alicante. Four televisions and high-speed internet access available.

Uns hat es gut gefallen

Das Haus ist gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Strand und der nächste Supermarkt (Mercadona) sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
