This inviting modern ground floor apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa-bed, providing space for up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, 50” smart TV, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom complete with a shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom offers two single beds, 50” TV, and fitted wardrobe. Just outside the door, you'll find another family bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The apartment has air conditioning and heating throughout to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year.

The kitchen is fitted with all the essential appliances to make your stay hassle-free: oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cupboards are fully stocked with kitchenware (plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.).

The cozy living room has a 65” smart TV with access to international TV channels, as well as a comfortable sofa which can be turned into a further double-bed. There is also a dining table with ample space for all guests.

Outside, find a spacious south-facing garden with a relaxing chill-out area perfect for enjoying al fresco dining in our wonderful climate. There are also sunbeds and a parasol, ideal for sunbathing.

Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and secure underground parking are all included in the price.A generous allowance of 20KW/day for electricity is also included in the price (any excess is billed separately).

We have applied a discount on our properties in Mediterranean Gardens due to the construction work taking place in the third phase of the development, scheduled for completion in December 2025.

Mediterranean Gardens is a newly built residential complex located just 250m from the sea in La Veleta, Torrevieja. The complex offers an enormous central garden with two large swimming pools and a heated pool, perfect for year-round relaxation. There is a lift in each block for easy access to the different levels.
