Excellent experience and stay. The room was small as others have noted but was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and great air conditioning on a hot day. Breakfast was very good. Paola and Lorenzo were excellent at the check-in and checkout. Very kind and helpful. Would recommend for all these reasons and fantastic location easy walk to the center of town and many restaurants.

I was surprised to see a 4 star rating on the door of this hotel after I saw the property. The rooms are small, design is primitive, the space in a desperate need of repair, the bathroom had some dirt on the bottom of bathtub, the room was cold through the night ( no extra blanket-I slept in m’y doudoune) , and I was harassed by the cleaners 40 minutes before the check out. However, the reception staff was kind and friendly, and the reception area offered coffee and tea, water, which was quite nice. It was my first experience with the HappyCulture chain, and probably the last one

An amazing hotel in the heart of Toulouse

This hotel is a gem centrally and conveniently situated a short stroll away from the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Victor Hugo Market with all the best restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very good. And the parking provided was very helpful. We had the most amazing reception from two extremely helpful and friendly receptionists. Can not praise them enough.

Comfortable and convenient

A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality. Very compact room but well laid out for functionality. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however.

Laurenço (not sure of spelling) was at the front desk on arrival and was very accommodating. He was able to hold our luggage until check in and check out in order to allow us to sightsee. The breakfast provided was nice and adequate. The nicely appointed room met our needs. The location was within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Hotel 5 minute walk from main shopping area. Well presented small hotel with good breakfast and quiet rooms at night. Parking available on site but very tight for a large car.
