It is so pleasing to see owners and staff who take pride in the appearance and maintenance of a property. This is spotlessly clean and you can see that maintenance is a high priority. The staff were rather rude, told we couldnt have anyone but us in the room we paid for! There's NO elevator. Took two of us 45 minutes to get everything up to our room on the 2nd floor. The door at the top kept closing, it's a one way door, so had to walk around and go through from the front. The room onky had a tiny fridge & a kettle, no spoons, plates etc. A few small glasses in the fridge. Someone quietly slipped the "house rules" under out door. No knock just found it when we went to go out. We didn't hear anyone! Weird vibes.

The room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be with very few amenities (no toaster, cutlery etc). However, I loved the pool and the spa, and the staff were friendly and approachable.
