Each apartment has a complete equipped open kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms. Two apartments are located on the 1st floor of the house and can be reached from the outside via a staircase. This apartment has a balcony with seating. Two other apartments are on the ground floor. These apartments have a terrace with seating. You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that your stay from the first day is pure relaxation. This contract is an intermediary service for the owner Kreft. Bed linen, towels, pets for a fee. Not included in the price.

Unsauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet

Die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich gereinigt (Sand überall). Die Ausstattung ist mehr als einfach. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht richtig zu und die Lüftung vom Badezimmer ging in das Schlafzimmer (Geräusche und Gerüche waren immer im Schlafzimmer). Eine abenteuerliche Wendeltreppe führte zum 2. Zimmer.

etwas abgewohnt

Alles war sauber und ordentlich, aber leider auch etwas abgewohnt und alt. Die Lage zum Strand und die Größe der Ferienwohnung waren super. Es gab keine Infos zur Aktivitäten in der Nähe, kein TV-Empfang, kein W-LAN...

Lage und Wohnungsausstattung waren sehr gut, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Im Safe müsste außer dem Wohnungsschlüssel unbedingt ein Lageplan der Wohnung dabei sein. Durch Zug verspätung sowie Ersatzverkehr durch Bus sind wir erst 5 Stunden später von Dresden in Trassenheide eingetroffen. Erst mit dem Koffer nach Karlshagen, dann wieder zurück ohne zu wissen wohin und das Handy war "tot", keine Internetverbindung! Glücklicherweise trafen wir Leute, die uns geholfen haben, noch vor Dunkelheit unsere Wohnung zu finden! Trassenheide/Trassenmoor, für Urlauber, die zum 1. Mal mit dem Zug die Insel Usedom besuchen, etwas verwirrend. Es wäre auch sehr hilfreich, wenn an den kleinen Wegweisern eine km-Angabe stehen würde! Aber es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub mit fantastischem Wetter! Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Insel im nächsten Jahr wieder besuchen!
