Experience all the beauties of our Carlissima Apartment located just minutes away from the old town of Trogir and a beach. Enjoy appealing view of the sea, island of Čiovo and historical Trogir city centre. The interior is arranged with lots of love and dedication and provides everything you might need during your stay.
The space
The apartment consists of kitchen with all necessary appliances and equipment, dinning room and living room all connected in one space. From the living room there is a nice view of the city of Trogir from the window. Near the kitchen, there is access to the balcony with spectacular view of Trogir, island of Čiovo, Kaštela Bay, and Split in the distance. Sleeping is arranged in one spacious bedroom with large double bed for two people, walk-in wardrobe and TV. Two can sleep on sofa in the living room. There is also one fairy tale bedroom below the roof with single bed, perfect for a child or a dreamer. The apartment has plenty of space in the hall with built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

Space description:

- Living room with sofa, two-seater and three-seater. There is small table and light furniture in the living room. The three-seater can be turned into a place for sleeping. Living room offers flat TV with cable TV and Netflix.

- Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge, etc.) with dining table.

- Master bedroom with double bed 1,60*2,00 m and flat TV. Walk-in wardrobe, nightstands and bookshelf.

- Small bedroom with single bed 0,90*2,00 m for one person under the roof. The highest height of the room is 180cm, the lowest height is 120 cm where bed and dedicated working table with chair and bookshelf are situated.

- Bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer and washing machine

- The hall with shoe closet and clothes storage hangers

- Balcony with outdoor furniture. Spectacular view of Trogir, island of Čiovo, Kaštela Bay, and Split in the distance.
Other things to note
Perfect condominium, located on the fifth floor of the building with an elevator.
In case you use an elevator, it consists of two doors - yellow one are the entrance/exit doors on each floor and it closes by itself automatically. Once a person enters an elevator, it is necessary to close aluminum doors manually and press the button No.5 to reach the fifth floor. Only eight stairs more to overcome and the apartment is yours :-)
There are also internal stairs which lead you to the property, instead of using an elevator. On each floor there are windows through the staircase.

In front of the building there is free parking for tenants. Each apartment doesn`t have its own designated parking space, you can park your car on the first empty parking space.
