Villa Olivia is perfectly located on the island of Ciovo near Trogir. Walking distance both to the old town, Trogir and to the popular beach areas on Ciovo, yet the house is set back from all the noise and traffic. The nearest beach 350m, shop and restaurant are by the sea directly below the house.
This cozy house has perhaps Trogir's most beautiful view! Here you can see far beyond the sea, to the islands beyond, and the entire northern part of Ciovo. The house has a great and unobtrusive outdoor area, with a small lawn, several terraces where you can choose whether you want sun or shade from morning to evening, barbecue/fireplace, swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbeds, billiards and bocce court. The pool is heated, which can be particularly useful in early spring and late autumn.
