Please note this in advance. 【Damage to or Loss of Property, or Unforeseen Cleaning】 ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ Should any of the facility’s furnishings or equipment be damaged or soiled during your stay, whether intentionally or through negligence, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Should special cleaning exceeding normal maintenance be required due to food or drink spills, vomiting, blood, bodily fluids, or soiling, you will be charged an additional fee. Please refrain from leaving windows or doors open, or from chatting on the terrace, at barbecues or around bonfires, as the sound carries a long way. 【Warning & Action】 If a complaint is received from neighbours and the police or management company are called out, you may be asked to leave (no refund).
