The Residence Tunis offers 170 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and a safe. Rooms open to balconies. Each accommodation is individually furnished. Room was good. For the type of environment you are professing to be EVERY staff member should be kind and courteous. I did not see it or feel it. A few bad ones can ruin a rating. As a medical provider, no one was around the spa area downstairs. If someone were hurt or passed out, no one would know until another visitor went downstairs. There was no water available like in other spas. No place to put towels>>> attention to detail..simple things, no costs added, could be done.

I usually stay at The Residence when visiting Tunison business, a great place to unwind after a long day at work. It's a little out of the way at Gammarth, but is a wonderful experience and easy to take a car into the city for nightlife. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are perfect for a good night's sleep, and it's beachfront. Food options are plentiful, with meat and vegetarian choices. The drinks menu is good too. What's not to like?
