Not great

The whole building was in disrepair. The carpets everywhere had tears and were threadbare. The pool looked like it would crumble to pieces if you look at it wrong. The hand towel rack in our bathroom was coming out of the wall. There were stains all over the bathroom ceiling. The carpet in our room had numerous stains and felt damp? When we got to our room there were old hot dogs in a cabinet, plus dirty towels in the closet. We saw debris on the floor, like popcorn kernels. The blackout curtains were so worn that there were holes throughout. Beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom fan sounded like the world was crumbling down and didn't really help with the shower steam. Definitely will not be staying here again.

There were multiple carpet stains throughout our room and the hallways. The worst part was the magnetic hotel room card. Everyone was having issues. We found out later that if it touched your phone or wallet (with bank or credit cards), it de-magnetized and you couldn’t get in the building or the room. They didn’t warn you of this common problem and many travelers reported their room cards not working. Very frustrating walking back and forth to the other building with the office after you’d moved your luggage and everything.

The staff was nice but building B stunk and rundown room stunk and the air didn't work well at all. We sweat all night. The bed spread had a big stain on it. The carpet was gross. I paid $144.00 for this room plus $50.00 for my puppy. I will never stay there again. They did have a nice breakfast.

After 2 days on the road, we found ourselves in Twin Falls, ID late and needed a room for 4, 2 adults, 2 children. We chose the Quality Inn because they were close and they offered breakfast in the morning. Their website claims until 10am. Got down at about 9am the next morning, and they were cleaning everything up...I asked if breakfast was over, and recieved an annoyed and rude response from the staff telling me it ended at 9. I explained to them that their website says 10am, and they didnt really have an exact answer to why they were ending it early. No one told me breakfast ended at 9 when we checked in. In fact, I had to wait to be helped when I checked in because the woman working the front desk was MIA. I rung the bell after about 5 mins of waiting, she yelled from the back office that she'll be with me in a minute. The whole transaction, I felt as though I was annoying her. I then called to ask for an extra blanket after setteling in to our stinky and old "suite", she told me I had to go get it myself, which wasn't a problem necessarily, but if you're looking for a hotel with staff that actually care and present themselves professionally, I would not recommend this hotel. When we checked out of our room, a group of employees were hanging out outside the front doors smoking cigarettes. Zero class. This hotel might work for some, but I'll bever stay in a Quality Inn again based off this experience.

We came in close after 4:45 and even though we were clearly there after the check in time our room was not ready. After 15-20 minute the room was ready. The bed was hard as a rock, good thing the pillows were soft. There was a lot of noise in the room above ours. I did like that there was Direct TV.

When we arrived to our room, it had a really bad cigarette smell. When we called the office, they said that the rooms next to us were all smoking rooms. There was nowhere to change rooms nor was any attempt made by staff. No warnings or notice was given to us that it was right next to a smoking section. Then when we open the couch for my daughter to sleep there, the bed had dirty sheets on it, and the springs were busted, and the mattress had spring sticking through it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

nothing was unique, I had asked for a lower floor or an elevator but got neither. I have problems using stairs and that's what they gave me. And would not even consider rearranging rooms that were not occupied yet. And the hotel side they put me on was not even connected to the main hotel. No food, no pool, etc. on the side I was on. Which meant more use of stairs. I didn't even go eat breakfast which alone was very poor!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! EXCEPT NOT TO STAY THERE!!!!

Building B reminded me of the movies that show people trying to get a room at a homeless shelter. The carpets were disgusting and it smelled like animal urine. We didn’t even dare take our shoes off in the room. We were woken up by someone’s dog barking. The breakfast was good and the linens were clean… those were the only positives. We will never be going back!

Not worth the $

Bed was comfortable but that was the only ok part. Room smelled really bad. Walls are very thin and we had kids running up and down the hall above us all night long. Only two towels in the room and no blankets or anything for the hide a bed. Hot tub was cold and dirty and pool was dirty and overly cold for a pool. Definitely not worth the high price.
