Alles perfekt für uns

Wie waren total zufrieden mit diesem Apartment. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr ruhig, wir haben unsere Terrasse genossen. Wir waren in April, deswegen Strand hat uns nicht interessiert. Kommunikation war super , Ivona war immer erreichbar. In der nahe vielen Rad Wege. Man braucht ein Auto.

Gut - aber nicht perfekt (vor allem mit Kindern)

Wir haben im Juli für 10 Tage als Familie (Alter: 35/34/12/4 Jahre) in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Lage: Etwas abseits vom Rummel in Umag gelegen, im Nachbarort am Ortsrand. Der Strand von Zambratija ist theoretisch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, jedoch nicht mit den ganzen Strandsachen für eine Familie (Kinder), die man immer mitnimmt. Hier ist praktisch immer ein Auto nötig – einen Bollerwagen zum Leihen haben wir nicht ausfindig machen können. Es gibt sehr wenig Möglichkeiten für schattige Strandplätze. Wir sind ausschließlich in/um Umag am Strand gewesen. Gebäude: Ein modernes Wohnanwesen mit drei separaten Häusern, jeweils verbunden durch die Aufgangstreppe dazwischen. Je Haus mit drei bzw. zwei Wohneinheiten. Eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Gebäude pro Wohneinheit. Pool: Ein gemeinschaftlich nutzbarer Garten mit Pool und genügend Liegemöglichkeiten für das komplette Wohnanwesen. Sauber, gepflegt, modern und ausreichend. Wohnstruktur (persönliche Vermutung): Die Wohneinheiten des Anwesens sind alles Eigentumswohnungen unterschiedlicher Eigentümer. Es sind nur 2 bis 3 Einheiten für den Ferienwohnungsbereich vermietet – der Rest wird wahrscheinlich vom Eigentümer selbst benutzt. Uns hat gefallen: großzügige, moderne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für vier Personen wundervoller Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Oliven-Plantage und das Meer schöner Pool und gepflegtes Anwesen sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur FeWo-Verwaltung (Managerin) und sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen

Wunderschöne ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub so benötigt. Sie verfügt über 2 kleine klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist ausreichend groß und bietet vom überdachten Balkon aus einen wunderschönen unverbauten Blick über einen Olivenbaumplantage bis ans Meer. Das Bad ist mit Wanne und Waschmaschine klein aber ausreichend. Das WC ist extra. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt. Man kann hier einen tollen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen
