The spacious 60 m² apartment is located in Monteneto, part of the Zambratija area, a small fishing village just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. It is an ideal accommodation for families with children, couples, and anyone who appreciates peace, nature, and comfort.
The apartment was renovated in 2022. It is situated on the ground floor of a family house and features a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. Surrounded by olive trees and meadows, it is immersed in nature. The beach can easily be reached on foot in just 7 minutes.
The apartment has been furnished with great care and attention. It features a bedroom with a double bed (160x200); bed linen is provided, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Two bathroom towels per person are provided. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and air conditioning. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a dining table and 4 chairs. From the kitchen, you can access the covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in peace. In the fenced courtyard, guests have access to a barbecue area with a table, benches, and 4 sun loungers, as well as covered private parking.

The area is surrounded by private houses, small apartment buildings, olive groves, and meadows. Nearby beaches are natural (rocky), uncrowded, and ideal for those who love tranquility and crystal-clear waters. The wonderful and famous equipped sandy beach of Zambratija, where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented, is only 700 m away and easily reachable on foot. A pebble beach with sun lounger and umbrella rental facilities is just 850 m away.
The area is unique and well known for its equipped sandy beach, ideal for families with children. The Destino Beach Bar is perfect for spending relaxing evenings while admiring the sea and spectacular sunsets and enjoying the bar’s delicious drinks. The area also offers two pebble beaches and several rocky and paved beach sections with beach bars nearby. Close to some of the smaller beaches, there are pine trees and other vegetation providing shade during the hottest hours of the day. Zambratija’s coastline is rich in small seaside bars. The small supermarket with an adjoining café is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The area also offers various sports opportunities, excellent seafood restaurants, pizzerias, beach bars, and walking paths.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, and cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag "Seawall" ("Diga"), exploring the narrow and charming streets of Umag’s old town, the new square enhanced by a fountain, shopping in the town center, or visiting the waterfront stalls and playground for the enjoyment of children.
For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, and boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat or bus excursions.
The area is rich in renowned restaurants, casual dining venues, pizzerias, fast-food outlets, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, unforgettable inland excursions are highly recommended. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan offers a beautiful terrace with magnificent views over the Mirna River Valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival, held every year at the end of July. Livade is famous for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts wishing to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Observatory by appointment, located 30 km from Umag. Cave lovers should visit the beautiful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 km from Umag. The coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also worth visiting, as is the Brijuni National Park, which can also be explored through organized excursions.

-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessing the damage, the owner will request reimbursement in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the planned departure time one day before departure to arrange key handover.
