This spacious 220 m² holiday home in Unterwössen, Bavaria, welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest WC. Spread over two floors, it features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, heating, a private washer and dryer, and a barbecue. Families will find a high chair, shared toys, and children's books. A baby cot is available on request for an extra fee.



Relax on your private, covered terrace with stunning mountain views, four private balconies, three fireplaces, and access to the lovely garden.



Two shared parking spaces at the house and public parking nearby are available. Pets are welcome. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. Public transport is within walking distance.



The village center with restaurant, supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, post office, and tourist office is just a short walk away. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside your door. Munich and Salzburg are about an hour’s drive, Chiemsee is 20 minutes away, and the sailing area is just minutes away. Golf courses and ski resorts such as Kampenwand, Steinplatte, and Reit im Winkl are easily accessible. For larger groups, a separate basement apartment can be rented or used independently.



Use of the fire pit and fireplaces is allowed—please pay attention to safety and weather conditions. The kitchen extractor fan must be off when using the indoor fireplaces. Firewood must be brought by you or bought locally.
