The neighborhood:

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal.
