This charming 40 m² studio has been recently renovated and is located close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering delicious dining options. It also has easy access to the beach.

Its open-plan layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You’ll find a comfortable double bed with linens, a single sofa bed (or one suitable for 2 children), a television to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential utensils and kitchenware, including an electric cooktop and a coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your favorite dishes.

The bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

The studio is professionally cleaned before each stay and is located on the ground floor of the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Near this location, you’ll find vibrant local attractions like the Mercado Central and Mercado de Colón, both perfect for tasting fresh produce and tapas. The stunning Valencia Cathedral is just a short walk away, offering rich history and beautiful architecture. For dining, Mesón El Rebeco serves traditional Spanish dishes nearby, while the historic centre offers a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Aragó, is just a 14-minute walk.

Valência airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide it at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
