Convenient location relatively close to convention centre and transit, beautiful view from the suite, quick responses to requests, clean and efficient room layout. Coffee was average, nothing too exciting. Didn't get a chance to use the gym and pool facilities but the large tub in the room was lovely for a relaxing soak. Some bath salts for a soak would have been nice. Appreciated the recycling and green bin options and minimization of waste.

Make sure to get your key from Valet...

Always stay at this hotel during my business trips to Vancouver. Perfect location to get around and lots to do in the area. BONUS if you have a electric vehicle, their valet is great for recharging daily free of costs (have to pay for valet). I had to takeaway 1 star this time because the keycard for my Tesla was kept with Valet when I had checked out, so unfortunately left for the airport and had to pay a $50 to replace the keycard the Hotel kept...unnecessary expense on my end when Valet should've put the key back in the car. That was the reason why they ask if you're checking out when picking up the car...

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I booked the hotel, as I've never stayed there before. I arrived for a 3 day business trip, and was impressed from the moment I arrived! The hotel gives off a fresh, sophisticated vibe, and the front desk staff were fabulous! I checked in to my room, and found a large, clean, modern room with plenty of space, a work area, king sized bed and a view of the city that was gorgeous! I would definitely recommend staying here for any type of trip, business or pleasure, and will be certain to book and stay again the next time. VERY well done!! (...and I've stayed at many similar hotels in the area for work events, so can easily compare. If you're looking for a lovely place to stay, this is it!)
