Great location for downtown Waterfront Vancouver. My favourite area in Vancouver for peace and quiet during my visit. The water view from my room was a great surprise. Spacious room with simple amenities in the room. Wish I had more time to enjoy my stay.

Great hotel, perfect location

Excellent hotel. Fron desk staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as I was leaving on a cruise after my stay and the port was about a three-block walk. It is also close to many restaurants and stores not in the downtown area being a shortish walk to Robson and even shorter to get to the train that will take you all over the city. It's not a resort, so don't expect too many frills. It's a downtown hotel that is most likely catered more to business travelers, so it's nice but basic except for the fancy Japanese toilets. Hotels in Vancouver are expensive in general so the cost of staying here isn't really as exorbitant as it may seem for that location.

The staff were extremely helpful from storing our bags before check in amd informing us the minute the room was ready (lot earlier than expected) as well as storing luggage after check out and offering the use of showers etc before flight which was late evening.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location with easy access to multiple attractions. If you have a car or plan to rent one there are a couple of cheaper parking options near by one is called “indigo” and the other one is on Jervis street which is a 3-5 minute walk. Both with in and out privileges.
