The location is convenient. The facility was not ideal if you're looking for a nice hotel with decent amenities. The lobby is relatively clean and upkept, the remainder of the facility is in disrepair. We were allowed to check in early via the VIP benefit. The room we got was run down and not well cleaned. There were holes in the curtain and a 1" gap under the door so the room was not dark nor quiet. The sliding glass door was not sealed properly so though we were on the 14th floor, it was incredibly loud. The carpet was stained in numerous places, linens seemed aged. The pictures online are not accurate representations of what it is like in person. I asked about our "upgrade, if there's availability" benefit after we made it to our room and were disappointed. The desk attendant said since we checked in and made it to our room, it would be hard to move our room. We made our way to the pool/hot tub/gym area. The gym was "closed for maintenance" each time we went. The pool water looked dirty and had a faint 'dirty' smell. The hot tub was barely warm and the jets were not operable. The restaurant food was decent but the "breakfast buffet" is not actually a buffet we found out. The cost for breakfast seemed a little pricey for the quality and selection but it was still decent, food was hot and service was great. I was pretty disappointed in this property overall. I would not recommend this property and encourage people to do additional research before staying here.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:45 a.m., and the front desk representative, whom I believe was named Harleen, was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and professional. He even provided us with an upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, and the view and location were excellent. The only regret we have is not trying the restaurant, as the breakfast buffet looked impressive. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
