Beautiful location on the waterfront

The Pinnacle Hotel Harborfront is a short walking distance to Canada Place and Gastown, which made it a great fit for our visit. We were there for one night before our cruise, and then 2 nights after. The carpets in the rooms do make them feel a bit dated. And the full sized mattresses are a bit springy and not the most comfortable to share for two adults used to a king-sized at home. That aside, the cleanliness and sparkle in the bathroom was fantastic and the shower water pressure is amazing! The view from our 10th floor room was gorgeous. The in-house restaurant was delicious and very convenient. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful, but the team at the Bell Hop desk were beyond expectations! They secured our luggage at check-in prior to our room being ready, and brought it up to our room before we returned. And then secured our luggage after checkout so we could continue our sightseeing before our evening flight. They even took special care of our daughter’s new large stuffed animal from the aquarium, assuring her he’d be safe and watched after. It was a truly great visit and we would definitely recommend.

Great location! Lobby and restaurant and bar is very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable however the rooms need renovation and update. At over $500 per night, I was overall not pleased with the outdated room.

Great location

Stayed at Pinnacle for a girls trip to Vancouver. The location was perfect. Resturants and gift shops were within walking distance, the staff was pleasantly helpful and our room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely book with them again.
