All of the staff were friendly ajd helpful especially the wait staff and cleaners. The breakfast had a good variety including nice fresh fruit. It was a bit pricey, but worth the add on for our stay.

Great view of the harbour even from the partial harbourview room. Windows completely block out the sounds from below and from the air traffic. Shower water pressure is fantastic! There seems to be a standard of customer service here I haven't seen at Vancouver hotels since before the 2010 Olympics. It was a great stay and I will be rebooking on my next visit.

Location is convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The hotel is dates and service is okay. Rooms are outdated and needed a refresh to be a true 4 stars.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Each time I’ve booked has felt like the price was fair for the room we were getting. The overall conditions of the facilities are starting to look a bit tired, but everything is cleaned well. I found the rooms on my floor were not quiet and I could hear my neighbours so clearly through the walls. We went to the restaurant twice and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It’s a great convenient hotel in the heart of a beautiful city.

The Pinnacle Hotel was a great choice for us! The location was perfect after getting off the cruise ship, and our harbour view from the seventh floor was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, and we were even able to extend our checkout — such a great place to stay!
