My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at City Boutique Inn, and from the moment Maggie greeted us at the door with her warm smile, we knew we were in for a special experience. The five-star treatment started there and continued until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifuly decorated, with a large, immaculate bathroom that added to the luxury. Every breakfast was delicious, varied and rich. The stylish and welcoming decor throughout the hotel added a unique charm to our stay. A special shout-out to Maggie's mother Kalinka, whose warmth and care made us feel even more at home. The personalized service we received, made our stay comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend City Boutique Inn to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. There are many great things I would like to share. Overall experience great, and you won’t go wrong. The host Maggie, great person very helpful, she has great knowledge and her suggestions were very helpful. She went above and beyond. If I have to come again I would come back here. I recommend City Boutique to anyone looking out for a good experience in Varna close to town and beach and the park.

Great location, Fabulous experience

Our stay at City Boutique was 5 stars all around! The hotel itself is nicely decorated, laid out, and comfortably equipped with everything you might need or want for your stay. Our bed was very comfy, we had closet space, a mini-fridge, and a nice bathroom with a spacious shower. I was particularly happy to see that there was a fitness center here - that's partially why I booked it, and it was a very good one for a small hotel, with everything I needed to get my workouts in even on vacay. Location is great, within walking distance of most things you'd want to see, including the city center, Sea Garden park, and the beach. The best thing about this hotel though, is its proprietor Maggie. She goes above and beyond with her attention to detail, customer service, and friendly, kind attitude to ensure that you will not only have a great time on your visit to Varna but feel like you're at home when you're at the hotel. From offering a drink upon our arrival to check in, to giving us a thorough explanation, with a map, of the top tourist sites, to getting us a reservation and great service at a nearby restaurant, to preparing breakfast early for us on our last day so we could eat before heading to the airport, Maggie made this experience 5 stars. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

This was my third trip to Varna. Luckily the hotel I normally stay in was fully booked. City Boutique Hotel was amazing. The location is great and very walkable. I was there for 3 nights. It truly felt like home. Maggie, the owner has created an amazing small boutique hotel… ie. bed and breakfast. The hotel is spotless, the room I stayed in (202) was perfect and very well planned. Breakfast was different every morning and I ate way too much. And for the grand finale, the internet speed was crazy fast. If it matters to you Maggie speaks perfect English. Can’t wait to return to my new home away from home.
