Tämä viehättävä toisen kerroksen huoneisto oli täysin kunnostettu ja uusittu vuonna 2004. Ominaisuudet italialainen marmori lattiat, käsi leikattu mosaiikki yksityiskohtaisesti kylpyhuone, venetsialaiset kyntteliköt.

Master makuuhuone täysikokoinen parivuode, parkettilattia, varustettu vaatekaappi, venetsialainen kattokruunu. Vuodesohva olohuoneessa vetää ulos parivuode.
Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja on erotettu olohuoneesta työtaso ja aamiainen baari. Olohuoneessa on sohva ja ruokapöytä 6.
Se on ilmastointi, lattialämmitys ja internet wi-fi.

Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee yliopiston alueella ja vain kaksi siltaa päässä Campo Santa Margherita, joka on merkinnyt Julkiset paikat "'60 Maailmojen Greatest paikat" listalla ja se on suurin aukiolla Venetsiassa ja suosittu ajanviettopaikka venetsialaiset nuorille eikä niin nuori. Se on suuri valikoima ravintoloita ja kahviloita sekä vihannesten ja kalan markkinoille. Voit istua auringossa ja nauttia kahvia tai cocktail ja katsella maailman menoa.


Gaffaro huoneisto (nimetty silta se unohdetaan) sijaitsee saapumis ja lähtö, koska se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja linja-autoasema Piazzale Roma. Voit kävellä Rialton 15 minuutissa ja saada Pyhän Markuksen aukiolle 20 minuutissa ottamalla vesibussilla San Toma ".
Huoneisto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Piazzalle Roma. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Seriously, the property is even nicer than the ad! Spacious, well appointed, marble floors and everything you need to thrive. The location and view are fantastic. Close to train, bus, water taxi, and everything in the Accademia quadrant. Sebastiano was a consummate host, met us at check in, gave us great local tips and helped us in a jam. You wont regret staying here!

Great apartment with views of the canal from your window. Very comfortable and clean with a large kitchen and dining area, large bedroom and bathroom as well. Sebastiano met us upon arrival and took us up to the apartment, explained everything and then took the time to show us places to visit and eat on a map. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent four days in Venice, staying at Sebastiano’s VRBO. Sebastiano communicated with us very clearly prior to our check-in, giving us great advice on how to get to his location. He met us at the apartment and answered all of our questions about Venice, what to do, what not to do, and must do. This included restaurants to eat at, and things to be aware of. His hospitality was fantastic. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The pictures in the VRBO ad are what you get when you arrive at the apartment.

The kitchen had everything we needed - gas stove and oven worked well ( though took us a little while to understand the dials on the oven so simple instruction sheet would help). Full size dishwasher meant we could minimise washing up and plenty of crockery etc. Sofa bed was comfortable enough and the apartment was warm. Location was great for vaporetti and for walking to sights

We could not have been happier staying in Sebastiono’s apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a few dinners there. The bed was very comfortable, as is the couch in the living room area. The view of the canals is wonderful from the dining table. We walked to most places but could also easily hop on the vaporetto when we wanted to go further or just enjoy the Grand Canal.

Beautiful Gaffaro Apartment in Dorsoduro with Canal View is the perfect short term rental. Great location, quite, safe, clean, comfortable, reasonable distance to the train and water bus. Sebastiano is an awesome host that took the time to answer all our questions about where to eat, shop and how to navigate the water bus. We definitely would stay here again.

Sebastiano was a very welcoming, responsive, and helpful host. We loved opening the windows every day and looking onto the canals. The location is quieter than the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal and we enjoyed it more. We felt safe and we enjoyed coming back to it each day. The apartment is just as you see it in the pics. A wonderful one bedroom with an incredible view, in a lovely neighborhood in Venice. Even better, it’s only a five minute walk to the P. De Roma vaparetto, where you can get all the water buses to visit Venice. Sebastiano is a great host. He met us at the apartment (actually found us, as we were a bit lost), and spent time pointing out everything in the apartment and recommending places to visit and eat. This is a 10 out of 10!

Sebastiano was an incredible host. His apartment was very generously stocked with anything you could ever need. He took his time to answer every question and helped navigate us to grocery stores and any trip we had planned. We were able to do laundry and get all we needed. It’s very close to the vapretto. Sometimes line 1 wasn’t working and you would need to take like 2 with all the other tourists. Please note to take the correct bridge over after the large green bridge. The first bridge after that has a ramp. We regrettably missed that and took the extra stairs. Sebastiano has to rescue us with our luggage and was very generous to help carry our load to the apartment. His apt was a lovely haven to the crest city of Venezia. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to see you again.

Superb Family Vacation to Venice

The residence is very large and superbly located adjacent to 2 converging canals. Being on the 3rd floor you have breathtaking views and can truly embrace "life" in Vencie. Sebastiano provided fantastic information about traveling and things to do in Venice. Full size kitchen so you can cook if you so desire. Conventiently located from the train station it's about a 9 minute walk. We have memories of a lifetime Highly recommend!

Great apartment with beautiful view of canal. A short 10 minute walk from the train station, so you can avoid the craziness of the water bus with luggage. Sebastian met us as we arrived at the apartment. He was kind enough to give us some travel tips. The apartment has everything you need. We were able to wash our clothes after a week of traveling. The km0 restaurant after the bridge was very good. We would stay there again.

This apartment is wonderful - clean, spacious, comfy bed, and a great location with canal view. Sabastino, the host, is outstanding! He met us at the apartment for check-in, took a lot of time explaining details about the apartment and the area, and provided suggestions for restaurants, gondolas, and day trips. In our haste to leave the morning of checkout, I left behind the clothes that I had hanging in the closet. Sabastino contacted me and offered to personally deliver them to the hotel that we were returning to following a cruise to Greece. The package was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. Sabastino’s kindness is truly appreciated! Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment!
