Great waterfront view!

Provided the fact that the city of Venice is completely walkable, this location has the advantage of staying a bit off the crowd and still gives us easy access to almost everything, including beautiful waterfront view from the breakfast room and our unit. The owner Giovanni was extremely helpful and provided us with many information about the local community and resources.

Check-in was challenging, and the first room we got was little more than a closet, and the AC did not work. However Giovani was VERY kind and gracious, and moved us to another slightly larger room for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpfuls and friendly.
