Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I recently stayed at Hotel Ca' Messner 5 Leoni and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the WiFi was not working during my entire stay, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan my activities. Additionally, I encountered a broken toilet in my room, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired; the rooms were dirty, and the carpets had stains that made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Given these issues, I would not recommend Hotel Messner unless significant improvements are made. It’s essential for a hotel to provide basic amenities and a clean environment for guests, and this establishment fell short in those areas.
