Sweet Dream is a modern apartment located in the center of Mestre in the famous Via Piave, a few steps from the Venezia-Mestre train station and only 10 minutes from Venice island. The house has been completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with elegance, practicality, and taste. Convenient to services and with H24 public transport, our accommodation has been designed to meet the needs of any traveler.

We offer you a brand new apartment of 67 square meters, equipped with all the comforts to spend a beautiful, quiet, and relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, living room with a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with a large shower, and a shared condominium terrace, well furnished and specially designed for smokers or for those who love breakfast at the open air. You will also be able to use a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hairdryer, Smart TV with AMAZON PRIME STREAMING SERVICE, Ultrafast and free WIFI, autonomous heating, and air conditioning.

The price of the accommodation includes all the basic services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person of various sizes. We would like to point out that we have a totally free parking place within a few minutes by car from the apartment and that the dates chosen for the overnight stay will be blocked only and exclusively after the future of the reservation. Private transfers from Treviso and Venice airports are also available. The cost is to be agreed at the time of booking.

Please remember that the tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid on the day of arrival at the apartment in cash.

The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of people coming, for example, if you are in 2 and you need an extra bed, you must let us know in advance and there will also be 10 euros extra per night to pay for it.
