Dirty room

Room was not clean hairs in the sink hairs in the shower. Door looked like it had been scratched and wood broken away at the bottom of it. Carpeting not clean.

It was a busy location & the rooms occupants were drunk & loud. The room was comfortable but there is no microwave. The front staff was nice but they were short staffed & we were unable to check upon arrival.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was a large group of young men right outside our room, drinking, playing loud music, whooping and hollering while rolling dice against the wall. So we left for dinner and they had disbanned by the time we got back.

I sent photos of how the bathroom shower was and it was not safe at all and my husband told them about the problem the same night we checked in and nothing was done he even cut his foot on The bottom and I told the supervisor from hotels.com and all she can say was I will give you a 25 dollar credit and that’s unacceptable

The stay was average the thing I didn't like was when we extended our stay from yesterday to this morning we never got new clean towels are even asked if we wanted the room cleaned and we extended our stay at 10:30am yesterday morning to check out today
