The quietly located holiday home in Veringenstadt offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom, and three guest WCs, and can accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A table tennis table is also available. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided. The private outdoor area features a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue.



The ground floor of the holiday home is partially barrier-free and has an additional step-free entrance. The bedroom on the ground floor has a height-adjustable bed and is therefore also suitable for people with reduced mobility.



From the holiday home, you have direct access to the river, where you can swim. Canoes are available in the garage; use is at your own risk and without guarantee. From 15 March to 15 July is the breeding season, so entering the Lauchert is prohibited during this period.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Five parking spaces are available on the property, and additional free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed on the ground floor. Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.
