The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed for a truly comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchenette featured surprisingly large appliances, which added an extra level of convenience. I was pleasantly surprised to find the pool was heated, even though it wasn’t listed as such. The room’s climate control also included heat, which was much appreciated given the cooler temperatures outside. The hotel offered a lovely complimentary breakfast, along with additional food and beverage options available for purchase in a boutique-style convenience area. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, it truly is a stunning hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great experience. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and kind. Our room was excellent - very clean. The entire hotel is clean and is in excellent condition. Great overall execution! Based on our two day experience, I believe you can stay here with confidence. This is a well managed operation.

My husband I stayed here and this hotel was terrible. We do not recommend it. We checked in at night after a long day of traveling. The water pressure was so low that we could not take adequate showers. There were also crumbs and what appeared to be a dried up dog turd on the carpet. Within the hour of checking in, we called the front desk to complain. The desk clerk Patience offered zero solutions, laughed at the issue, and hung up on us. The next morning we spoke to the manager Hector Mejia and he was also useless and rude. There are several hotels to choose from in this area. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
