The house was a nice size, the furniture comfortable including nice firm beds. The kitchen well stocked and grill proved to be very useful enjoying dinners outside in Vero Beach’s ideal weather. There was an almost unlimited number of towels including beach/pool towels.The private pool was nice, private, refreshing, and pool deck very useful for eating, reading, relaxing and sun bathing. The garage has a number of pool toys as well as almost brand new washer and dryer.The owners provided a great welcome book with information about the house and area. They were also very responsive to our questions. Speaking of area, the neighborhood was extremely quiet.

Comfortable stay and amazingly accommodating hosts, but could use some TLC.We had a solid, overall pleasant stay at this property! I cannot say enough good things about the owners/management. They were incredibly nice and responsive. I was working remotely during the day, and when I asked about a computer chair, they actually delivered one for me—I am so thankful for that! The Wi-Fi was also strong and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the home could use a bit of tender loving care. It is pretty clear that this is strictly a rental property rather than a lived-in home, so it’s missing a bit of regular upkeep. For example, some areas could really use a fresh coat of paint, and there were several burnt-out lightbulbs. Additionally, the kitchen supplies need a refresh; the cooking utensils were quite worn, and there were only four cups available that were pretty heavily scratched.Finally, for future guests: while the listing mentions the home is 'minutes from the breathtaking beaches,' it is actually about a 10 to 15-minute drive. It is still a very easy trip, but just good to keep in mind for planning.Overall, it was a good home base for our trip, primarily thanks to the fantastic and responsive hosts!

Great house that accommodates our family stay!

Plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked but does need a cutting board. Comfortable beds and the pull out couch was a great addition. The pool -pool area was a great hangout spot with the patio table and chairs!! Great communication for check-in and overall met our needs.

Baseball and Beach Spring Break

We loved our stay at this rental. It had everything that you would need to have a great getaway where you can cook/grill for your family or just enjoy a cozy area to enjoy takeout if you don't plan to cook. The neighborhood was perfect for my husband and I to get a couple of miles in before we headed to the Jackie Robinson facility for high school baseball or to the beach for the day. As a family of 4, this rental was perfect. The pool was great to relax by as well. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, just like the check in/check out process. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fully stocked, comfortable, and close to just about everything place to stay in Vero Beach.

Cute getaway house for spring break!

Comfortable & Convenient

Spend 5 nights here and it was a perfect space for the 2 of us. Enjoyed coffee every morning & relaxing nights on the back patio space by the pool. Conveniently located with everything for us pretty much within 10 to 15 minutes, including the beach. Hosts were responsive and offered recommendations. Would not hesitate to book again.

Relaxing and Peaceful; Check-in Difficult

This home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's well taken care of and had a number of extra amenities and touches that made it feel more like home. Once we settled in we could easily relax. However, because the owner did not provide access instructions until the day of arrival and we could not access the VRBO app or email on that day while traveling without Wi-Fi, we arrived at the home, could not open the door, and did not know what to do. This was a frightening experience. After leaving a phone message with the owner several hours before our arrival they texted about 10 minutes after we arrived with access instructions. After discussing this issue with the owner, they promised to review their check-in procedure to attempt to prevent this kind of problem from happening again in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay in this home.

Perfect home from home

The house was just as described and we felt at home straight away. Everything was just lovely. Left us some bottled water which was much appreciated. House had everything we needed and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was a lovely area to sut during the day.
