Just next to it, a beautiful sun room with glass walls, a great space to enjoy when tired of sunbathing or willing to just lounge in the shade. An additional lovely terrace with an ancient well is located next to the kitchen, and it is an ideal place for having morning breakfast and dinners under the stars. From the courtyard, climbing approximately 20 steps, you will enter the sun-washed double living room with dining and sitting areas. This spacious room, with its central glass fireplace, vaulted fresco ceiling, white floor against grey walls, warm wooden table paired with canary yellow polypropylene molded chairs, boasts a timeless and fashion-forward look. The plush, white sofas act as the focal point in the space, along with the beautiful windows bringing in a lot of natural light.
