Outside, the heatable swimming pool takes full advantage of the nurtured gardens. You'll find no better way to cool down than taking a refreshing swim in the pool's glistening waters. Accommodation



Main house - Two storey villa



Ground floor:



Open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area seating up to 12 people, with doors opening onto the external terrace with table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining under the vineyard. Living room with comfortable seating and TV. Guest toilet and luggage room.



Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors opening onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool and lawn. This bedroom is suitable for the disabled.



Upper floor:



Master double bedroom with ensuite shower room featuring also a free standing stylish bath. Private balcony with immaculate sea views.



Further 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and ensuite shower room as well as sea view.



Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, pool and sea view.





Cottage:



Double bedroom and mezzanine above sleeping an extra 2 children or 1 adult. Shower room and toilet. Doors opening onto beautiful large stone terrace partially covered by a sumptuous Bougainvillea.



Both the main house and the cottage are fully air conditioned.



Old distillery and games room:



Together with the main house and cottage, guests have the use of another building composed by the original old distillery (with the original bread / pizza oven) and games room with large (9 feet) pool table. From the living area there is a superb wooden decking terrace with uninterrupted sea view - often called the G&T evening spot!



Exterior



Spacious mature garden, sunbathing terraces and lawn. Excellent barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining. Private swimming pool 12m X 5,5m and the depth is from 1.10m to 2.20 metres. Car parking.





Tourist Tax



As this villa is located in the municipality of Viana do Castelo, a tourist tax is payable as of 6 of August 2024.



HOW MUCH IS THE MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX?

€1.50 in high season: from 1st May to 31st October

€1.00 in low season: from 1st November to 30th April



WHO PAYS?

- Guests aged 16 and over, per night, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights (per person and per stay).



WHO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PAY?

- Guests up to 15 years of age (inclusive);

- Guests who come to the Municipality of Viana do Castelo at invitation of the City Council to participate in cultural and sporting events;

- Guests and an accompanying person, who come to the Municipality of Viana do Castelo for medical reasons, namely, appointments, exams, and medical treatment. Medical evidence is required;

- Guests with disabilities equal or greater than 60%. Medical evidence is required, as well as an accompanying person;

- Guests who are staying in the establishments mentioned above by express order of the public authorities, as result of a declaration of social emergency or civil protection;

- Guests that for reasons of conflict and displacement from their home countries are residing in Portugal, provided that it is proven by the services responsible for the asylum request.



WHEN IS THE MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX PAID?

The municipal tourist tax must be paid at the beginning of the stay, in a single installment by means of a mandatory invoice-receipt issued in the name of the party-leader, with reference to the non-taxable VAT.
