It is located just 14 km from the Baqueira Beret ski resort and just 50 m from Vielha, where you can enjoy the best leisure and services in the entire Aran Valley.We will access the house from the first floor finding a large hall that communicates with the living room, equipped with a fireplace and direct access to a terrace of 45 m2. Terrace with wonderful views of La Tuca. Coming from the entrance, on your right, a large independent kitchen, fully equipped with high quality kitchenware and appliances, direct access to the garage and, finally, a courtesy toilet for this floor.Going up the stairs to the second floor, we find the following distribution; Starting from the left we find a bedroom with a trundle bed, with capacity for 2 people, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, then the third with a double bed with full bathroom and access to a large balcony and finally, and  the last fourth bedroom with two twin beds.On the third floor, we find an open-plan room converted into a second living room with three sofas and a central table where we can rest, read, watch television or have a good time with friends or family, it also has a table to work or study.The house has a private garage with capacity for two cars, and storage space for all the sports equipment such as skis, bicycles. The garage is accessed from the ground floor of the house.
