The comfortably furnished, ground-floor, non-smoking apartment is located in the leafy courtyard of the mansion and is located in a very quiet location due to its orientation in the garden. It has entrance hall, bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and separate toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a carpet, all other rooms with parquet / laminate or tile / stone floor. One of the highlights of the apartment is definitely the direct garden access. In the garden there is a children's playground, which of course can be shared. Barbecue and bar are available by arrangement. 

Apartments Mühlpark Our apartments are located in the south of Vienna in the 11th district in a mansion built in 1875 on the Simmeringer Hauptstraße 22, quietly located in the courtyard with large green space in front of the windows. The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of the tram station Molitorgasse, line 71, which reaches the city center (Schwarzenbergplatz) in about 15 minutes. With the U3 (station Zippererstraße) you are in about 10 minutes on the Stephansplatz in the middle of the city center of Vienna. Alt-Wien trifft Stadt

Eine schöne gemütliche und große Wohnung im Gartenhaus der herrschaftlichen Residenz. Sehr hohe Sicherheitsstandards zur Straße hinaus. Für einen Stadturlaub absolut zu empfehlen, da man vor der Haustür alles von mehreren Supermärkten, über die Straßenbahn und (Nacht-)busse bis U-, S-Bahn und Zug hat.

Immer gerne wieder

Ruhig und dennoch mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter und der Garten ist für unseren Hund ein Erlebnisurlaub. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :-)
