It would be good to have a list of where the bins are etc at the property. Apart from this we had a lovely stay at the property, its close to the underground and the owner was very accommodating.

Excellent deal

We loved our stay! Public transportation, restaurants, shopping stores, supermarkets, etc are all nearby. Main attractions of Vienna are also easily accessible. Ilya, the property manager, was very easy to deal with. Among others, he arranged for our very early morning transportation to the airport, and gave detail instructions for checking in. He was also available at all times. We would certainly stay here again if we go back to Vienna. We also love that the community is very diverse.

Easiest check-in process ever

It’s the best no-nonsense process of check-in that I’ve experienced till date. Loved the fact that their support was on WhatsApp and even answered on a sunday. The apt was spotless and the location was very convenient to take underground etc.

I liked the fact that the place was near one of the metro stations; U3, fast food joints: Mc Donalds and others, grocery stores. It's in a quiet and safe environment so you don't have to worry. And the apartment is beautiful and as it's shown on the pictures. I would definitely stay here any time I visit Vienna.

The appartment was very clean and recently renovated. Very close to metro and tram lines towards center of Vienna.The area is Arab speaking with lots of kebab and turkish restaurants. All in all very good.

Nice Apartment but a bit far away from Station

The Apartment is quite far away from the Central Station. The front door is hard to open, need some technique. The building is old, however the decorations inside is very good, new and clean. The dinning room is a bit small, since we have 6 person, only 5 chairs insides the Apartment, the owner should provide provide enough chairs since we cook and have meal inside.

The place was very clean and well described in the photos. Ilya was great at keeping in touch and the directions were perfectly clear. We requested that he meet at apartment to settle up the payment, but it was quite possible just to show up on your own and leave the money on the table. Two issues we did have were no smoke alarms and no AC which would be a major issue in the summer months.
