Stay Away From This Hotel. They are misleading by FOUR ****”, it’s a cheap 1* hotel. This was absolutely below standard for Best Western or any franchise chain. Located in rundown and unsafe armed, ugly hotel conditions, safety was a big concern, quality of room / amenities / bedding were below standard. I will never recommend this hotel.

The property was nothing like the photos. It was a bog standard apartment nothing celebrity or luxury about it. The lifts were next to a steel stair case which looked ghastly. There was cameras and ring door bells dotted every where. It is around 30 minutes to get into the heart of Vienna. I would not book this property again for €710 this was way overpriced for a 3 night stay.

Parking is in the building next door, so take your luggage before you park! The elevator is in a courtyard outdoors, so if it rains, you will get wet. Elevator only goes to every second floor, so you may have to carry your suitcase up a half flight of stairs. The toilet is in a separate room that’s very small — knees hit the door. But the remaining rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked.

Train station is close (U1). The area is quiet and has a few restaurants. The hotel was clean, we stayed 4 nights and the trash was picked up daily. Breakfast was convenient for us.

Very good place to stay in Vienna. Very close to a frequent ubahn. it's also very close to a supermarket and other amenities stores. We stayed in a junior suite which is highly recommended for people who like to cook and make their meals as a kitchenette is included. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel

The hotel and room are beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The listing said there was an elevator, but it only stops on every other floor so I still had to carry my 50lbs suitcase up and down a flight of stairs.
