Rooms were clean and facilities were really good. The reception staff members were polite and friendly. Helped us with all the details and assistance needed. Honestly, we didn't enjoy our stay in Germany with Hampton by Hilton. However, our stay in Vienna was great.

Hotel itself was fine, good location and the room was great. However, the breakfast wasnt that good and it was a bit disgusting to see the amount of plates and glassware that were dirty, even worse hearing all the people sick coughing.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was outwith centre and if you are not confident using public transport then it is expensive for taxis or a long walk. Breakfast was okay, staff had to be asked to replenish food although they could see when dishes were empty or needed topped up. Available seating was spread over three areas and it was a constant search for a clean table. Room was fine and cleaned once on our three night break although the bin was emptied the bag of rubbish was left in room ??? I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Lovely new and clean hotel, 2 minutes walk from the station which was only 4 stops into central Vienna. Busy in the mornings for breakfast which had a good selection of choice from cooked to continental. Staff where helpful great place to stay in Vienna without paying a silly price

Everything was exceptional. I was lucky to be able to checkin early. The room was clean, beds so comfortable, shower superb, and was able to leave my bags with reception on the day I left so i could walk around more easily. Customer service was brilliant from sll staff

We arrived in Vienna early so wasn’t expecting our room to be available but the super polite receptionist checked and we were able to get our room at 11.30am which was brilliant news. Room was spotlessly clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. The rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean too and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of hot and cold food/drink. The hotel was just a short stroll over the road from the nearest U-station (lines U4 & U6) and took the U4 to Karlsplatz (4 stops/7 minutes) which was a perfect starting point for exploring Vienna. I’ll be sure to stay here again next time I visit Vienna and would recommend it to friends and family.
