Nothing really negative about it. I guess this is a Radisson's no frilled property. Room decor was a vibrant but bit basic. Such as clothes rail instead of wardrobe. Coffee and tea were available but needs to go ground floor...I felt inconvenient.

At the chick-in it was a long line of people and only one receptionist, so I decided to try the interactive self-guided check-in terminal. After it asked me quite a lot questions, I finally got to the the page where I was asked for the passport number. This page seemed to have some bug in it since it showed me "Error in Passport Number" whatever I tried, just numbers, letters, letters and numbers. Eventually the receptionist had a second to help me and entered all zeros in place of the passport number, and it worked! I think the Radisson software contractors or whoever wrote this software should be ashamed of this junk. The second issue was the fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning, so we had to run down the stair and wait to learn that some guest just tried to smoke a cigarette in their room. That was not funny at all since we had a taxi picking us up at 8:00, so we had to pack all our things within a minute and run down the stairs with heavy baggage. Besides that the hotel was quite clean, new and stylish, the staff was nice.

The Hotel is good. Very clean, excellent for public transport and getting into the City or from the airport. Rooms are spacious with good views. However, I’ve stayed twice now and the same has happened on each occasion, this time worse. Check in is horrendous! I don’t expect to take an hour to do it. First, you’re expected to do this as self service via digital terminals. Small snag, if you don’t have a Radisson check in number (not provided by Hotels.com) then you can’t proceed. So you need help. Not great when they only provide one poor chap behind the desk. In the end he handed me a printed list of names and reference numbers and I ended up helping others check in.

Stay was ok, we didn't get any room facilities even no warm water kettle no coffee or tea in room. Even we stayed for 3 days they provided no room service for 3 days. Overall my experience was not good.

My double/queen bed had a duvet for a singled bed and only one pillow. Ive never encountered cutting corners like this. Staff were nice, breakfast was decent. Overall I wouldnt stay here again

I really enjoy out stay as it was clean and very convenient to other touristic spots. One thing I was bummed about was that they don’t provide cribs and only informed us after we booked it. Overall good experience. Hofer/aldi was 10min walking.

Beautiful, modern but not practical. No closet, only two hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. Not even one in washroom so there is no place to hang your used towels or your clothes. No drinking water glass or cups in your room. You have to go down to reception and ask for everything such as clean towels, hot water, iron, etc. No phone in room to communicate with front desk. Room make up service is not regular too.

The check in was super fast and much earlier than normal check in time. The room was clean and tidy. All facilities were updated and good. Only thing I missed was English news channels except CNN.
