Our stay at the Lloyd Hotel was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we truly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to Carmine at the concierge desk, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything.
