- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- 1 air conditioning split unit in the lounge and 1 in each bedroom.

- Outdoor parking space. Upon request and with supplement.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



Crossing the street you will find Pinar de Perruquet Park. During the summer, family shows, open-air cinema and habanera concerts are organised there. This urban park of 2.5 hectares is opposite Pineda beach. It is an ideal space to enjoy the landscape and nature in a privileged location, right on the seafront. We find century-old pine trees with curious shapes as a result of the force of nature, together with an artificial pergola that imitates the shapes and sinuous movement when winds blow from the sea. It is ideal to walk under the imposing pine forest and let yourself be carried away by the sea breeze whilst the little ones have fun splashing in the pond or swinging in the various children's play areas.
