The apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating in every room, providing comfort in any season.



Upon entering, you'll find a welcome station containing a helpful home manual with local guide and some personal recommendations. You'll then be greeted by a bright, open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and a dining space for up to 6 people. Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need. East-facing patio doors allow plenty of natural light and fresh air into the apartment.



There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps as well as a chest of drawers and large wardrobe to keep your belongings organized. The second bedroom offers a single or double bed, wardrobe and drawers.





The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed and so can be used as extra bedding if required.



The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 250€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 6€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€per person.
