An exceptional, beautiful & spacious stay in the premium segment, awarded with 5 DTV stars, on the quiet outskirts of the venerable clock city Schwenningen in the Black Forest. Enjoy a walk on the Schwenninger Moos, visit the market in Villingen on the Münsterplatz or make excursions to the Rhine Falls / Schaffhausen, Lake Constance, Feldberg, Freiburg or Stuttgart. Holiday, relax or concentrated work in a spacious holiday home on about 140 square meters with terrace, garden and balcony. Alone, as a couple, with friends or as a family, can accommodate up to 5 people. The holiday home is completely new and individually modern equipped, has 3 bedrooms, living area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and guest toilet and a separate laundry storage space. The rooms are distributed over 2 floors and connected by a spiral staircase. Lounge chairs invite you to read or listen to music, a tiled stove in the living area warms pleasant on colder days. Deposit: 150 Euro, this is due 14 days before arrival with the final payment, for short-term bookings the deposit is to be paid cash on arrival. Additional services are to be paid in cash on departure.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Schwenningen am Neckar in a quiet location surrounded by a large garden, the city center is about 1.5 km away. The rental property has a separate entrance, carport for 1 vehicle is available, as well as an uncovered parking space. The rooms are individually, simply and high-quality equipped. Slate, parquet and terra cotta tiles were used for the flooring, most of the rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. On 2 floors with 140 sqm for 2 to 5 persons are available a spacious living area with a view of the nature, balcony and terrace, as well as a garden area, a total of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate guests - WC, cloakroom, laundry storage space. Entrance EC: Entrance EC with cloakroom and shelves and a full length mirror, direct access to the outdoor terrace. Bathroom ground floor with separate toilet: walk-in shower with glass shower screen, large vanity with mirror and storage space. The separate guest toilet is next door, both rooms have exterior windows. Utility room / storage room EC: washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, small work area with telephone connection and view of nature, the room is separated from the kitchen area by a sliding door. Kitchen: Bulthaup fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-ring Cerankochbereichmit hood, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator (biofresh) without freezer and LG multimedia system. Electric blinds can protect against too much solar radiation. Living area EC: Bright living area with dining table and 5 chairs, garden view, tiled stove (original equipment wood is available), sofa and 1 wing chair, TV (with satellite TV / radio). Access to the large, partly covered terrace, electric blinds on the large windows. Guest 1 / bedroom Ground floor (1person): Separated by a sliding door from the living area, single bed (90X200cm), storage space (sideboard and clothes hanger bar) available, business desk with internet access, outside view. Through room with another sliding door to the tower with spiral staircase to the upper floor. Guest 2 / Studio OG (2Personen): Spacious sleeping-retreat room with double bed (French. Bed 180X200cm) and balcony (about 8 square meters roofed), 2 wingback chairs with side table and sound system, storage space (sideboard and clothes hanger bar) available. Wintergartenbereich OG: relaxation area with glass roof, electric shading system available, chilligem seating (1person) and side table, great view of the garden, separated by metal grid floor from the EC. Guest 3 / bedroom OG (2Personen): Light-flooded bedroom (through skylights and skylights, electric darkening possible) with double bed (separate mattresses, each 90X200cm), large wardrobe and direct access to another bathroom.
