This villa is a newly built holiday home on a private, fenced plot of 650 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea. The nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more can be found in Visnjan, 3 km away. The house was built in 2022 and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Outside, guests have access to a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a trampoline for children and two parking spaces. The holiday home for 6 people is modernly furnished and has a living space of 147 m2 on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with access to the covered terrace and pool, a double bedroom with shower/WC and a separate WC. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and a shared terrace with wonderful panoramic views of the sea. Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside and yet only 10 minutes by car from the beach. Groups of young people are not permitted.
