The Space:

This modern villa, set in a tranquil area, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The luxurious beds and furniture in the bedrooms were custom-made by a cabinetmaker. The wooden beds are therefore very sturdy and comfortable, giving the rooms a warm and stylish atmosphere. Each spacious bedroom has its own king size bed, desk, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy for every guest.



The bright open-plan living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge where you can unwind after a day out. On the ground floor, there is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a convenient guest toilet. Large glass doors lead out to the generous terrace and garden with a private pool, barbecue, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for lazy days in the sun. The outdoor grill is perfect for long summer evenings, and in true Istrian style, there is even an olive tree in the garden. For your convenience, there is a private parking area on the premises right next to the villa with space for three to four cars.

This is the perfect spot to unwind while remaining close to local konobas (traditional restaurants), the charming town of Višnjan, and coastal destinations such as Poreč, just 15 minutes away.



The villa offers comfortable accommodation with modern amenities, and the area around Farini is great for activities such as cycling, hiking, and visiting local wineries. Other popular sights and attractions nearby include the Aquacolors Water Park, the Poreč Aquarium, the Tractor Museum and the beautiful Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Getting Around:

Villa Farini is located in the peaceful village of Farini near Višnjan, in the green inland of Istria. A small local grocery store is just a short drive away in a nearby village, while larger supermarkets towards Poreč are reachable in about 10-15 minutes. Coastal towns like Poreč with beaches, marina, and restaurants are approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Pula Airport is around 60 km away, taking about 50–60 minutes to drive. The area is perfect for road trips; the villa offers free private parking and easy access to the Istrian motorway for excursions to Rovinj or Pula.



Other Things to Note:

Bedlinen, towels, towels for the pool and final cleaning are included. Pool heating is optional (april - october) and costs € 8 per day. The villa includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor dining area.
